Jervis WhatsApp AI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Who we are

Jervis WhatsApp AI (“Jervis”, “we”, “us”) is a service that helps businesses, starting with gyms, answer their customers’ WhatsApp messages automatically using AI. The service is operated by Shiva Mishra and is available at jervisflow.in and through our mobile and desktop apps.

This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what choices you have. It covers two groups of people: business owners who use Jervis, and customers who send WhatsApp messages to a business that uses Jervis.

Data we collect

From business owners

From customers who message a business

We do not ask customers for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers, and the AI is not designed to collect them. Please do not send such information in a chat.

How we use data

The AI is instructed to answer only from information the business owner has saved. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer messages for advertising.

Who data is shared with

How long we keep data

Business account data is kept while the account is active. Customer chat history and questions are kept so the business can review activity and the AI can keep context; the owner’s daily dashboard view resets each day, while history needed for analytics is retained until the account or the data is deleted. When data is deleted as described below, we remove it from our active systems, and it may remain in routine backups for a limited period before those are overwritten.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, verification of messages received from Meta, hashed passwords, per-business data separation and access controls. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop processing it. Business owners can edit or remove their business information inside the app. Customers can stop the conversation at any time by not messaging the business, and can ask us to delete their messages using the steps below. We respond to requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

Jervis is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child’s data has been shared with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Delete your data

Business owners: email us from the address registered on your account with the subject “Delete my Jervis account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account, business information, WhatsApp connection details and the related customer chat history.

Customers: email us with the subject “Delete my WhatsApp data”, include the phone number you used on WhatsApp and the name of the business you messaged. We will delete the messages and conversation history linked to that number.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify that the number or account is yours before deleting anything.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify business owners in the app.
